What goes into your estimate?

Your existing home

We start with what is already there: the layout, access, surfaces, structure and any known repairs. A new finish and a full rebuild involve different work.

Your selections

Cabinetry, fixtures, tile, flooring and exterior materials shape both the look and the budget. Clear selections or allowances make the estimate easier to understand.

The complete scope

Preparation, removal, installation and finishing all matter. We help identify the related work so you can plan the whole project.

Make room for the whole project.

Keep construction, design or municipal costs, owner-supplied items and a contingency visible in your budget. Your estimate should clearly state what is included, what is excluded and which selections still need an allowance.

Before comparing totals, use our renovation estimate checklist to put the same scope in front of each contractor.
